Accessibility Statement

Medavize is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the family caregivers who support them. We believe everyone deserves equal access to the tools they need to manage health and caregiving with confidence.

Our Commitment

We are actively working to ensure our website and app conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines help make digital content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities, and more usable for everyone, including older adults navigating unfamiliar technology.

Accessibility Features

We strive to design our platform with:

  • Clear, readable text and adjustable font sizing

  • Sufficient color contrast for visibility

  • Keyboard navigation support

  • Compatibility with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS

  • Descriptive alt text for images and icons

  • Consistent, predictable navigation across pages

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing priority, not a one-time fix. As Medavize continues to grow, we regularly review our website and app to identify and address barriers, incorporating both automated testing and user feedback into our development process.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our site or app may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve these gaps as part of our continuous improvement process.
